U12 advance to third round of the National Cup. Lakewood scored a comprehensive victory thanks to a strong whole squad performance at Bessboro this morning. We were two goals ahead after 10 minutes and kicked on from there to see out the game. At the back, this was the team’s fourth clean sheet in as many weeks. Goals today were from Johnny Galvin (2), Ben O’Connell, George Howard, Sean Richmond and Sean Kirby.
