Lakewood made it two wins in 4 days with a comfortable win away to Wilton utd. Taking control early on, the midfield trio of Conor Eagles, Richard Cullinane , and Liam Linehan provided a constant supply to wingers Adam OSullivan and Jack Mellerick who tormented their markers at will and both along with centre forward Padraig O Driscoll came close on numerous occasions before Adam finally broke the deadlock 10mins before half time with a fine low strike.
Full backs Ben O Connor and Diarmuid Ward were well on top along with dominant centre backs Nathan Davis and Tadgh OConnell and Wilton had no answers. The second half brought up Adam’s hat trick and the final goal came from Conor after good play by Dylan Smyth.
A good few days for Lakewood.
