Lakewood came up short against old rivals Bandon for the second time in 3 days when a greatly patched up side went down 4-2 after battling hard but running out of steam second half. Captain Fionn OShea scored both . One from the spot after Adam Osullivan was felled in the box and the second a neat header from Jack Mellericks pinpoint free kick. Sean ONeill – one of 4 u13s had a fine game in defence for a gallant Lakewood.
