U18 Prems hit Mayfield for 4

U18 Premier League Result:

A very solid away performance from the Lakewood U18P team as they completed the league double over Mayfield yesterday in the league.

Patrick got the vital opener, climbing highest to head home at the near post from Seth’s pinpoint cross. Then Alan’s sharp turn and strike into the top corner stretched the lead, before Dan neatly controlled Nikita’s pull-back and volleyed home to leave it 0-3 at half-time. MotM Nikita bagged a deserved fourth when he curled an angled finish into the far corner after good build-up play by David and Joe. A strong midfield and dominant defensive display, as well as an all-important clean sheet, capped off a good day’s work.
