U12 Premier team continued their recent run of good form with a comprehensive 3-0 win over Mallow United. Lakewood again started strongly and were ahead after 6 minutes when Christopher Costelloe was at the end of a good ball across the box to strike home for the opener. Sean Kirby added another on 12 minutes when he sprinted onto a beautifully weighted through ball. Lakewood started the second half strongly. Midway through Sean Kirby struck again to finish the game as a contest. Strong showings again from Josh McCarthy and Sean Richmond. A great all round team performance.
