Cork City Women’s FC 1-0 Lakewood
An early goal from Christina Dring in the first 5 minutes was the difference that sees Cork City progress to the Quarter Finals in what was a well contested game throughout. Cork Women’s FC with the better goal chances but couldn’t break through a disciplined Lakewood performance.
We wish them all the best as they progress in the cup and also in particular to their players representing on Team Ireland at the World University Games in Taiwan
