Lakewood started brightly and were soon 1-0 up, Nikita slotting home at the back post from Seth’s cross, after Liam worked a short corner. Lakewood continued to keep possession well and had most of the play in the first-half, but Ringmahon came into the game after half-time to nick an equaliser. Then Tommie got a fine individual goal, nipping in to steal the ball off a defender, before going around the keeper and slotting it home. Toward the end Lakewood started to wane, a couple of injuries having a huge effect on their play, and Ringmahon equalised again with 5 minutes to go, to leave both teams with a share of the spoils.
