A good day for the u14s and their management team of Derek and Adam who took the reins for both games and even Noel appeared in Bandon after anniversary celebrations in west cork!
Passage stormed out of the blocks in the first game and took an early lead which was cancelled out by Liam Linehans fine volley from Jack’s corner for 1-1. Passage struck again before captain Fionn O Shea levelled it from the spot after he himself was taken down for 2-2 at half time. A few personnel and positional switches during the break saw Lakewood control the second half with man of the match Jack Mellerick scoring the 3rd and Fionn heading home Jack’s corner for 4-2 to seal a good win.
