Lakewood U12 Premier finish season with fine win over Wilton United away from home and likely finish in fifth place in Premier Division. In brilliant sunshine Lakewood summoned a great performance to avenge a National Cup exit earlier in the year. Sean Kirby was on fire with two superbly taken goals, one in each half. The clean sheet at the other end was thanks to a fine display between the sticks by young Caolan Walsh. All over the pitch there were displays that reflected the huge strides that the whole squad has made in their first year of competitive Schoolboys League. The market consensus is that Lakewood’s points total will be more than enough to earn fifth place in this most competitive of leagues. Team sheet
