Lakewood 7 – 0 Leeview
A lackluster first half performance saw Lakewood go in 2 goals up at half time with strikes from Arseni Lamenov and a cracker from Con Breen. Although the home side we’re 2 up there was plenty of room for improvement.
The 2nd half was much better as the tempo was stepped up. A hat trick from super sub Evan Dodd and goals from Jonny Higgins and Joe Lacey completed the rout.
Next up is a trip to Tipperary on Saturday against St. Michael’s in Cooke Park with a 2.30pm KO.
